Using VidTier

VidTier is operated by Dmitrii Magas. By using VidTier, you agree to these terms. Contact dmitrii@eamag.me with questions. How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

You can browse without an account. Google sign-in is required for account features such as ratings and submissions. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

Ratings and submissions

Ratings should reflect your own assessment. Do not manipulate scores, impersonate others, submit spam, or try to bypass access controls. Do not submit unlawful material, confidential information, or another person's private data.

When you submit links, notes, or tags, you permit VidTier to store and process them to operate and moderate the catalogue, and to display the parts accepted for publication. Submit only material you have the right to share. You retain any rights you have in your own contributions.

Submission does not guarantee publication. Entries and tags may be checked automatically or reviewed by curators. We may reject, edit, categorise, or remove entries, or restrict accounts used for abuse. You can contact us if you believe a moderation decision is mistaken.

YouTube content and third parties

VidTier uses YouTube API Services and embedded players. By using these YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Videos remain hosted by YouTube, and rights to videos, thumbnails, and creator material remain with their respective owners. A catalogue listing does not transfer those rights or imply that a creator endorses VidTier. VidTier does not provide permission to download or reuse videos.

Video availability, advertisements, playback restrictions, and linked third-party services are controlled by their providers. Content may change or become unavailable. Contact us to report an incorrect listing or a rights concern.

Scores and availability

Community ratings are opinions. Scores identified as estimates are calculated indications rather than a count of verified VidTier votes. Metadata and catalogue information may contain errors or become outdated.

We aim to keep VidTier useful and available, but features may change and interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of every entry. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Leaving and changes to these terms

You can stop using VidTier at any time, remove your ratings in My ratings, and request account deletion by emailing dmitrii@eamag.me. Removing VidTier from your Google Account connections does not itself delete your VidTier account.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and update date will appear on this page. We will highlight material changes in the service when appropriate.
